Attending press conferences for Duke Athletics has been one of the most exciting and enriching aspects of my involvement with the department. Each week, I step into a room where stories unfold and narratives are shaped, gaining firsthand insights into the minds of Duke’s athletes and coaches.
Duke opens the 2024 season against Elon on Friday, Aug. 30. The two teams square off on Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium at 7:30 p.m., with the game broadcast on ACC Network.
Duke hits the road for the first time in the 2024 season, traveling to take on Northwestern on Friday, Sept. 6. The game, played at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium, kicks off at 9 p.m., ET and is broadcast on FS1.
Duke returns home to host Connecticut on Saturday, Sept. 14. The two teams square off on Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium at 6 p.m., with the game broadcast on ACC Network Extra.
Duke (3-0, 0-0 ACC) hits the road for its final non-conference matchup, traveling to Middle Tennessee State (1-2, 0-0 CUSA) on Saturday, Sept. 21. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m., ET and fans can watch live on ESPNU.

Duke (5-1, 1-1 ACC) returns home to welcome Florida State (1-5, 1-4 ACC) to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium on Friday, Oct. 18. Kickoff is scheduled for 7p.m., ET and fans can watch live on ESPN2.
Duke (6-1, 2-1 ACC) stays home to host SMU (6-1, 3-0 ACC) on Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 26. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m., ET and fans can watch live on ACC Network.
Duke (6-3, 2-3 ACC) travels to NC State (5-4, 2-3 ACC) on Saturday for the Blue Devils' second straight conference, and road, tilt. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on ACC Network.
